We are part of the Apple Independent Repair Programme (IRP) and you can find us on their support page here. Being part of this programme means we are fully Apple trained and certified on all models of iPhone and Mac. We have access to Genuine parts and tools direct from Apple, plus full diagnostic software and complete resources on all models. All IRP work is carried out in-house by fully trained technicians at Village IT. We can also offer 3rd party parts as an alternative to suit budgets and keep the older machines alive that Apple have deemed obsolete.
